We run our shop through Wix, They take a cut of all funds before we even see it. By taking this action, Wix does not allow full refunds. TheNextDecade is already looking for a new shop home. Sadly we are stuck with them for a little while longer, so for full disclosure, transparancy and to give a fair warning:
We can only offer up to a 90-95% refunds on any PHYSICAL items. Our Digital goods are NON REFUNDABLE.
 We can't refund you on items you keep, we hope you understand.
